Cancellation Policy
A refund of the registration fee (less a $150 processing fee) will be granted
if cancellation is received by August 6, 2010. Substitutions are permitted.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax to (818) 362-5610 or by mail
to HFMA California Fall Conference or via email to HFMACAFallConf@aol.com.
No refunds will be issued after August 6, 2010.
